We are a Hong Kong-based enterprise engaged in the garment accessories production with advanced production equipments and machinery based on sound operation philosophy. Our wide range of products includes computer embroidery, label & tag, woven tape & woven rope, printed label & hangtag.
New Hang Fat (Hong Kong) Limited was first established in Hong Kong in 1989. With profound operation history in the past twenty years, New Hang Fat has successfully expanded its product portfolios and enlarged its geographical coverage in line with the rapid economic growth in the PRC. We have established Dong Guan Da Lang Chang Tang Embroidery Factory in Guangdong and Shanghai Chang Tang Embroidery & Label Co., Ltd in Shanghai respectively in 1991 and 2000. Our company has obtained the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System Certificate in 2004.
Currently, our Company has over 600 employees and is equipped with the world’s most advanced production equipments, including:
1. 60 sets of computer embroidery machines from Japan (BARUDAN/TAJIMA); 2. 30 sets of computer embroidery & label machines from Italy (MEI) and Switzerland (MULLER); 3. 20 sets of woven tape machines and 50 sets of woven rope machines from Taiwan (Kyang Yhe); 4. 2 sets of Colour Printing Machines and 6 sets of Label Printing Machines;
5. 6 sets of Laser Cutters.
Our company is comprised of professional teams with extensive experiences in expanding product lines and production scale. Its throughputs are as follows:
1. A daily output of around 50,000 pcs (based on 10,000 stitches for every pattern) from the embroidery department;
2 A daily output of around 45,000 dozens from the label department;
3. A daily output of around 40,000 m from the woven tape department;
4. A daily output of around 30,000 dozens from the label printing department;
